Returns Policy

We’re happy to accept returns where there’s a valid reason for doing so.
You can return an item within 14 working days of placing your order for a full refund or exchange.

All returned items must be unworn, in re-sellable condition, with tags still attached and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to return any item back to the customer if these conditions aren’t met.

Returns & Shipping Costs

• Within the Netherlands: Returns are free. Please contact us at info@gyidimu.com to request your prepaid return shipping label.

• Outside of the Netherlands (International): It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot responsible for lost international packages.
