Returns Policy

We’re happy to accept returns where there’s a valid reason for doing so.
You can return an item within 14 working days of placing your order for a full refund or exchange.

For pre-order items, returns can be made within 14 working days from the day your order was received.

All returned items must be unworn, in re-sellable condition, with tags still attached and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to return any item back to the customer if these conditions aren’t met.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return shipping costs.

All items are carefully inspected once received. If an item is found to be damaged, worn, or dirty, we may need to return it to the sender in line with our returns policy.

In special cases, our team may review such returns individually, but please note this may delay the refund process.

Products returned for an exchange will not be charged additional shipping for the replacement item.

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within up to 7 working days.

Refunds cover the cost of the item only, excluding any shipping fees paid at checkout.
